Carlisle Sparta® croissant brushes are the professional's choice for use in any bread baking station. Sparta® croissant brushes were made with a heavy duty hardwood handle and boar to withstand commercial use. Carlisle's boar bristles are double-boiled which sterilized and made the bristles water resistant. These boar bristles will withstand damage from temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Sparta® boar croissant brushes are not dishwasher safe and should be dipped into a commercial cleaning solution for cleaning.
