Skate Wheel Tray Conveyor w/ 2 Adjustable Stanchions- 6' L x 17" W x 33.38" H
DESCRIPTION:
• These units are ideal for tray make-up systems in smaller hospitals and nursing homes. All units feature rugged stainless construction and adjustable height leg stanchions. All units can be specified with stainless steel electrical chase and convenience outlets.
• These are Precision's most economical systems, but built to last. The Roller Conveyor utilizes full width PVC rollers, conveniently mounted on spring loaded axles with roller bearing; they are easily removable without the use of tools.
FEATURES:
• Heavy gauge stainless steel construction. NSF approved.
o Skate Wheels - 1.9" dia. wheels, with ball bearings
• Adjustable height leg stanchions
• Non-marking rubber tired 5" dia. casters with brakes
• Full range of accessories are available, including overshelf, stainless steel drip pan and electrical chase, with convenience outlets, pre-wired to a rain-proof panel box TOP: Constructed of 14 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, welded, ground and polished to form a uniform finish. Conveyor bed shall be provided with a 1" high inverted "V" marine edge on two sides. Each end shall be provided with a stainless steel tray stop pin and will handle flat bottom trays, up to 16" wide. STANCHIONS: Constructed of all welded stainless steel of raising or lowering the conveyor height from 33" to 38". Stanchions are constructed of 1-1/4 " square tubular legs, with a 1" square lower cross support and a 1/4 " bar upper cross support. A 1" diameter tubular angle support brace will also be provided. The stanchion and support brace will be bolted to the conveyor for knock-down shipment. CASTERS: N.S.F. approved, 5" diameter, non-marking, rubber tired, swivel casters, each with locking brakes.
