Jacob Vollrath knew that manufacturers in Germany were coating cast iron over enamelware kitchenware. The result was a tough, durable and inexpensive product that quickly became commonplace, however, it was scarce in the Americas. Living in the fast growing city of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Jacob was sure the results would be the same if he manufactured kitchenware using the same technique. He was right. By the 19 th century, the Vollrath enamelware business was booming. Eventually enamelware was replaced with stainless steel and their product offering was expanded.

Over 129 years later, Vollrath continues to produce a wide selection of products produced from stainless steel and aluminum to molded plastics and fabricated steel for the foodservice industry.

The Affordable Portable Serving Counter can be taken to the golf course, the beach, football games; anywhere you’re serving hungry guests. Choose from the 46” or 60” model. Optional factory installed UL 120 volt lighting with a fully enclosed 12” Breath Guard, keeps germs at bay. The surface is a seamless one piece 18 x 8 stainless steel work surface with polyurethane foam insulation. The 1” drain makes cleanup a breeze. There is ample storage below accessible through double doors.

The Signature Server 34 is a hot and cold food station with 3 hot wells and 2 refrigerated wells. The server is equipped with a Touch-Temp® electronic control, 1” drain, foamed polyurethane insulation, and separate drain hoses and valves.

Steam table accessories, such as stainless steel full size pans; pan covers; false bottom steam table pans; adapter plates; and salad tongs adds to its diverse functionality.

Hot and cold 42 or 64 ounce beverage server’s are insulated with polyurethane that keeps a hot drink hot and cold drinks cold.

Double wall insulated bowls are made out of heavy gauge stainless steel. There is no need to preheat or chill prior the bowl prior to serving.
