APW Wyott Manufacturing Guide
APW Wyott has been serving the food service and retail industry for over sixty years. The companies, APW and Wyott merged to form APW Wyott in 1986. Headquartered in Dallas TX, they have manufacturing plants in Dallas and Cheyenne, WY.
APW Wyott develops and manufacturers products for the counter top, concession areas, merchandising and warming "to go" foods.

Choose from either single or double overhead warmers with low or high wattage for greater heat intensity. Warmers range in lengths from 18 to 72 inches and in multiple sizes in between. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean and resist corrosion. Warmers with built-in lights are also available. |
Heated Merchandisers are a perfect way to market food items while keeping them warm. The Racer Horizontal Merchandiser has one or two displays shelves depending on the model you chose. All are made with a stainless steel base, top and sides with tempered glass end panels. The heat is thermostatically controlled and comes in various lengths.
Rotisserie type Hot Dog Broilers cook 150 franks per hour. Comes complete with a bun warmer that holds 36 standard size buns within easy reach. The bun warmer's flip down lid and the rotisserie's open front makes self-serving easy. The cradles that hold hot dogs in place are removable, making cleaning a snap.

The mobile enclosed dish dispensers holds clean plates at the ready. The dispenser can hold plates, bowls, or saucers. Great for cafeteria style restaurants or for the salad bar. Adjustable mechanism uses springs attached to a sliding support bar that prevents dishes from sticking in the down position and/or releasing unexpectedly. Two of the four swivel casters have brakes to hold the cart in place. Single silo and heated mobile dish dispensers are also available.
Place dry or wet food in the electric Countertop Food Warmer or install the Hot Food Wells into metal or wood countertops, which accommodate standard size steam table pans.
