FS-20SS Server Supreme. Same features as #90020, except also includes an adapter plate and two inset and lid assemblies. Lids stay upright during ladling and feature a rim that collects moisture and returns it to the food. Inset have a 7-quart (6.6 L) capacity A full-size bath warmer/cooker will accept standard size food pans up to 12" x 20" (30.5 x 50.8 cm). Pans are not included. An adjustable precalibrated thermostat controls a 1500 watt heating element. Thermostat knob is marked with temperature settings. Indicator lights include a red "Power On" light to confirm unit is heating and an amber "Check Water" light to notify user unit needs water added. Two year warranty. FOOD WARMERS
