Make your best desserts and cold dishes look even better with the Delfield N8259 59in drop in frost top display.  This frost top display maintains an even layer of frost on its top surface, giving you a unique one-of-a-kind way to display your cold products and entice patrons.  The Delfield N8259 frost top unit features a one-piece, 59in heavy gauge stainless steel top, while a full perimeter trough and 1/2in drain catch and remove any water runoff.  Its bottom-mounted 1/4hp compressor circulates R404A refrigerant to generate the frost layer and keep the top surface chilled.
