Garland SER-684 Sentry Series 34in Range Mount Salamander Broiler for S686/SS686

The Garland SER-686 range mounted salamander give you opportunity to add a broiler to your 36in range. This salamander broiler operates on dual controlled Solar Ray heating elements. The compact 34in (864mm) wide salamander broiler is constructed of stainless steel and has a roll-in, roll-out broiling rack with fixed slides that can move into a flat or easy view tilt position. Garland's SER-686 uses six 1.16 kW metal sheath elements to efficiently brown foods, sandwiches or even melt cheese. The elements are controlled by two 3-heat switch controls, one for each half of the broiler rack. The SER-686 salamander broiler includes a large capacity removable grease pan and a cool touch handle for your safety.
