San Jamar Cut-N-Carry cutting boards are a necessity in any kitchen. San Jamar added a convenient hook that will allow the user to carry boards easily and hang for drying. Cut-N-Carry boards have a tough surface that will not dull knives and prevents knife cuts keeping bacteria from growing on the board. These Cut-N-Carry boards come in 6 colors: blue (fish), green (produce), Yellow (poultry), red (meat), brown and white. The different colors of these cutting boards will prevent cross contamination by making it easy for the user to determine which board to use.
