Chill–It Food Pans are perfect for use in food preparation areas, catering, buffet service areas, coffee stations or wherever condiments need to be kept cold for extended periods of time. Eliminates the mess of unsanitary ice baths while reducing the potential of bacterial growth. Ideal for use in back–of–the–house food preparation areas and front–of–the–house condiment areas. Simply freeze overnight and food stays cold for up to 8 hours. Pans are designed to fit into standard size food pan templates.
