Wolf Range Salamander Broiler Natural Gas 36in

Wolf Range IRB36 salamander-broiler uses 30,000 BTU infrared heat to broil foods to perfection every time. Wolf Range designed the IRB salamander broiler to either be installed on a non-combustable counter or vertical wall surface. To ensure that the infrared burners turn on as soon as the user turns on the machine, Wolf Range uses a standing pilot ignition system. The temperature has infinite adjustment which gives more versatility to the foods the user can cook.  Wolf Range installed a chrome plated trigger grip is used to control the broiling carriage position. The IRB36 salamander features a removable full width spillage pan that makes it easy to clean this unit. Since Wolf Range used stainless steel to build this salamander it will look great in any kitchen.
