Baxter Electric Rotating Rack Oven Holds a Double Rack

Baxter OV500E2 rotating oven can hold (2) single oven rack or (1) double oven rack. Baxter built their rotating ovens with a patented self-contained spherical cast steam system that will bake food without drying it out. The OV500E2 oven has a programmable digital control with four stage baking, auto on and off, auto vent, cool down mode, and 99 programmable menus. To make monitoring more convienant Baxter added (3) pane viewing windows. The viewing windows are made out of dual pane glass with a low energy coating on the interior to keep more energy inside of the oven, reducing costs. This wonderful Baxter rotating rack oven must be ships whole and must be field installed.
