Specifications
• Controls - Eye level digital controls for temperature & humidity can be set independently for precise proofing control. Four individual count-down timers provided
• Humidifier - Internally mounted and utilizes a low maintenance spray mist system. No flush cleaning required.
• Insulation - The cabinet is formed of stainless steel panels with polyurethane foam insulation & sealed with gaskets to form a strong, energy efficient and sanitary enclosure.
• Self-contained refrigeration system with a 4.250 BTU/HR condensing unit and 2,300 BTU/Hr evaporator. The system is charge with R22 refrigerant at the factory prior to shipment.
Utilities
• Water - 1/2" FNPT cold water 30-80 psi at 85" AFF.
• Drain - 1/2" NPT, front or rear drain at 5" AFF. Route to air-gap drain.
