Town Equipment RM-50-PR commercial rice cookers are powered by propane gas and can crook up to 50 cups of rice at one time. Town Equipment designed their RiceMaster rice cookers to have a bimetallic temperature sensor that is mounted in the base of the rice pot that will provide the best control and temperature accuracy. To ensure that the rice is cooked evenly Town Equipment built the RM-50 rice cooking pot out of cast aluminum and plated steel. After the RiceMaster has completed its cooking cycle the rice will be kept warm by the RM-50 unit's internal pilot burner. Town Equipment designed a standard rear gas feed for the RiceMaster cookers that allows for easier connection to the gas source and eliminates stress on the gas valve body.
