Ruggedness and durability are built into every detail of a Baxter Revolving Tray Oven. A unique balance of convective and radiant heat transfer provides a balanced bake of unequaled uniformity while maximizing the lower operating cost advantages associated with gas heat. This oven features state of the art digital control panels. Convenient push buttons located in the center of the baking sill allow rotation of the baking trays in either direction for easy loading and unloading. The loading door is positioned for clear visibility into the bake chamber without stretching or stooping.
