Imperial IR-8-G24-XB Range Convection Oven 8 Burners 24in Griddle

Imperial IR-8-G24-CC is a restaurant range with 2 convection ovens, 24 inch griddle surface, and (8) 28,000 BTU open burners. Imperial built the griddle top of this restaurant range with a highly polished 3/4 inch plate and 3 inch wide stainless steel grease trough on the left side of the range. To ensure that the griddle surface is constantly hot Imperial uses a 20,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Imperial uses anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to remove for the IR-8-G24-CC range. Imperial's anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from the pilot. This Imperial restaurant range has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. The IR-8-G24-CC uses a 1/4HP blower motor in the convection ovens to enable the food to cook faster and more evenly.
