Imperial Range 2 Ovens 6 Burners Raised 24in Griddle

Imperial IR-6-RG-24 is a restaurant range with 2 standard ovens, 24 inch raised griddle surface, and (6) 28,000 BTU open burners. Imperial built the raised griddle section of the restaurant range with a highly polished 3/4 inch plate and 3 inch wide stainless steel grease trough on the right side of the range. To ensure that the griddle surface is constantly hot Imperial uses a 20,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Imperial uses anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to remove for the IR-6-RG-24 range. Imperial's anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from the pilot. This Imperial restuarant range has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. The IR-6-RG-24 has two large standard ovens that are fully insulated with non-sag fiberglass that keeps the heat inside of each oven, saving energy. This restaurant range is made out of stainless steel so it is easy to clean and keep clean.
