Imperial IR-6-G12 is a restaurant range with 2 space saver ovens, 12 inch griddle surface, and (6) 28,000 BTU open burners. Imperial built the griddle top of this restaurant range with a highly polished 3/4 inch plate and 3 inch wide stainless steel grease trough on the left side of the range. Imperial uses 6 anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to remove for the IR-6-G12 range. Imperial's anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from the pilot. This Imperial restaurant range has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. This Imperial restaurant range has two space saving standard ovens that is insulated with non-sag fiberglass that keeps the heat inside of the oven, saving energy.
