Imperial Restaurant Range Gas Convection Oven 36in Griddle

Imperial IR-G36-C is a restaurant range with 1 convection oven and 36 inch griddle surface. Imperial built this restaurant range with a highly polished 3/4 inch plate and 3 inch wide stainless steel grease trough. To ensure that the griddle surface is constantly hot Imperial uses a 20,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Manual thermostatic controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the griddle surface while you are cooking. Since Imperial built this IR-G36 restaurant range out of stainless steel it is simple to clean and keep clean.
