Imperial IR-G36 is a restaurant range with a 36 inch griddle surface and oven that ranges from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Imperial built the griddle top of this restaurant range with a highly polished 3/4 inch plate and 3 inch wide stainless steel grease trough. To ensure that the griddle surface is constantly hot Imperial uses a 20,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. This Imperial restaurant range has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. This Imperial restaurant range has two large standard ovens that is fully insulated with non-sag fiberglass that keeps the heat inside of the oven, saving energy. The IR-G36 restaurant range comes equipped with a safety indicator light that will inform the user when the unit is turned on.
