Imperial Commercial Range 2 Ovens 36in Griddle 2 Burners

Imperial IR-2-G36-CC-XB is a restaurant range with 1 convection oven, 36 inch griddle surface, (2) 28,000 BTU open burners and and an open cabinet. Imperial built the griddle section of the restaurant range with a highly polished 3/4 inch plate and 3 inch wide stainless steel grease trough on the left side of the range. To ensure that the griddle surface is constantly hot Imperial uses a 20,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Imperial uses anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to remove for the IR-2-G36-C-XB range. Imperial's anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from the pilot. This Imperial restuarant range has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. The IR-2-G36-C-XB has a large convection oven that has a 1/4HP blower motor that will cook your products faster and more even than a typical standard oven. This restaurant range is made out of stainless steel so it is easy to clean and keep clean.
