Imperial's anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from the pilot. This IR-12-XB range has manual heat controls are located on the front of the range so it is easy to control the heat level of the cooktop while you are cooking. The IR restaurant range comes with 1 large standard oven that has a temperature range from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The IR-12XB unit also has a conveniant storage space for items like pots and pans right next to the oven. Imperial stamped the inner door liner to provide extra strength to the door while optimizing heat retention.
