Imperial uses anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to remove for easy cleaning on the IR-10 range. Imperial's anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from the pilot. This Imperial restaurant range has 2 standard ovens that come fully insulated with non-sag fiberglass which keeps the heat inside of the oven, saving energy.
