Contains a low velocity forced air refrigeration system balanced to provide optimum temperature and
humidity for product life.
Rear mount self-closing sliding triple pane tempered glass doors with stay open feature allow for easy
product loading.
Stainless steel top with 115-volt receptacle on rear upper left for scales or slicers.
Cabinet exterior constructed of heavy duty white coated steel.
Steel and coved corner stainless steel floor for easy cleaning complete with drain and hose connection at
lower rear of cabinet 2" from floor.
Foamed-in-place CFC free polyurethane insulation for added cabinet strength and energy savings.
Refrigeration system utilizes ozone friendly R134a refrigerant.
Adjustable stainless steel, cantilever shelving for optimum product display, optional shelf light available.
Optional accessories available.
UL approved.
