Imperial IRB-48 charbroiler has (8) 15,000 BTU burners along its 48 inch cooking surface to ensure your food gets that smoky, chared taste. Imperial Range revamped the look of their IRB charbroilers, now they have stainless steel front and sides. Now that the IRB have their stainless steel build they will match other Imperial countertop equipment and restaurant ranges. Imperial built the IRB-48 to have a 48 inch cast iron radiant that are removable to make cleaning easier than other broilers. In order to provide a more even temperature for the cooking surface Imperial Range designed the IRB charbroilers to haave a stainless steel burner every 6 inches. When the meat cooks it will release drippings onto the radiants that produce needed searing flames and smoke for the charbroiled tast. This IRB charbroiler would look great in any kitchen.
