FS-4 Food Server/Cooker
• Water bath warmer/cooker constructed of stainless steel with a polished finish
• Heats frozen product to serving temperature (160º F, 71º C)
• NSF-certified as a rethermalization unit
• Adjustable precalibrated thermostat for accurate heat control
• Temperature settings marked on thermostat knob range from 100º F (38º C) to 200º F (93º C) on FS-4.
• Water fill line eliminates overflow accidents
• Inside lid rim returns moisture to the food to retain flavor
• Hinged lid stays upright during ladling for easy customer use
• 6-1/2" inset and lid assemblies are included
