American Metalcraft Pizza Separator Round 15in

American Metalcraft pizza separators are a great help in any kitchen that makes pizza. Pizza pan separators can be used for dough proofing and allow for pans to be stacked without the chance of ruining the pizza. American Metalcraft built their round pan separators out of 18 gauge aluminum that will ensure a long lifespan of the product. In order to appropriately choose the correct size separator, measure the top outside diameter of the pan and use a separator that is a minimum of 1in larger. This 18915 pizza separator should be used with a pizza pan that is 13 inches in diameter or less.
