Vollrath Super Pan 3™ perforated food pans are ideal for steaming foods or draining away fats, juices and moisture. The sturdy, 300 series stainless steel food pan has top flange corners designed with built-in concave, indentation for impact resistance. Features ramped sides for easy removal from wells, reverse formed flattened edges for a consistent tangent to well opening and for hand comfort. This full-size food pan has 1/4in holes on the bottom that drain quickly and are sized to retain most foods. A beautiful framing shoulder on the short side interior of the pan accents your food products providing an appealing presentation.
