These pan sheets are cost-effective, disposable liners to use in sheet pans and food pans to protect food from contamination from improperly sanitized pans. The sheets unique design features a deeply textured design that channels liquids away and allows air to circulate around food, helping expensive food items, like steak and seafood, stay fresher longer. Liner roll can be cut to fit any pan with a disposable, easy-to-use sheet. Liners can be used between layers to allow uncooked foods to be safely stacked. Roll is 24" wide and 300 feet long.
