Saf-T-Stak Edges
The added crimp on the SAF-T-STAK adds strength to the unit. The pan allows a tighter seal on steam well, the units help stop heat loss, thus better maintaining food temperatures.
All Steam Table Pans are constructed of 18-8 material and are NSF approved. Standard gauge pans are constructed of .7mm and/or .8mm material.
