The World Cuisine 5 Quart Food Mill is manufactured using high-quality stainless steel. This food mill efficiently strains and purees a variety of fruits and vegetables, outputting approximately three pounds per minute into 7 inch or larger receptacles. Users can quickly strain or puree cooked fruits and vegetables by simply turning the crank, activating a semi-circular blade that oversweeps, compresses, and scrapes the food. Featuring a bar that applies consistent pressure against the cutting plate, the World Cuisine food mill maximizes nutritional value by retaining the seeds, skins, and fibers of fruits and vegetables. Compatible with a range of textures, the Paderno World Cuisine 5 quart food mill includes three interchangeable cutting plates with perforations of 1/16 inch, 3/32 inch, and 5/32 inch (1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, and 4 mm, respectively).
