Vollrath Out-of-Chamber Vacuum Pack Machine

Vollrath vacuum pack machines extend the shelf life of refrigerated foods three to five time longer than conventional alternatives, enabling a broader and more flexible menu of fresh offerings. This out-of-chamber machine packs dry products foods and does require a specific bag type. Packing fine powders such as ground coffee and spices would be ideal. Not suited for use with liquids. The vacuum pack machine will cut down on food spoilage and increase customer satisfaction in high and low volume times.
