Vollrath Orion 9QT Retractable Full-Size Electric Chafer

Vollrath's Orion® retractable chafers feature understated elegance that complements any buffet setting. Their distinctive curves and profile create a style that accentuates any presentation from casual to fine dining. This electric chafer automatically regulates to maintain water temperature at approximately 180°- 200° F (82°-93.3° C); does not require an adjustable thermostat. Some features of the chafer include a baffled hinge for smooth cover action, windguard for outdoor use and a removable cover for easy cleaning. Comes complete with stand, food pan, water pan, ventilated cover and PTC heater.
