Not quite as deluxe as #5100, but a lot of people cannot tell the difference and your cost is dramatically lower with “Old Fashioned.” Cheap mixes absorb too much oil - slow down production - not only costing you more money in oil expense - but costing you repeat business. Don’t gamble with your profits. One case will yield approx. 180 8" fuinnel cakes (or 275 6" funnel cakes). Individual quantities NOT available - only sold per case. |
