They help reduce the risk of cross contamination from transferring products out of cardboard boxes. Cambro made the food storage boxes from impact, stain and chemical resistant solid white plastic that can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 70°C). The bottom textured surface keeps the scratches to a minimum and smooth surface makes cleaning easy. This box holds 8.75 gallons.
