Eurodib N3002X stainless steel food mill is made to puree and mill a variety of fruits and vegetables. Eurodib designed this food mill to have 3 movable side leg hinges that allow the food mil to be laid on top of a stock pot or large bowl which allows for cleaner food milling. With the N3002X food mill, Eurodib provides a 1.5mm, 2mm, and 4mm grid that allows more versatility of foods you can puree and mill. The 1.5mm grid is best used for making fruit sauces and juices. The 2mm grid is best used for making purees and soups. The 4mm grid was designed for milling large stringy vegetables, root crops, cooked spinach and much more.
