Tray Drying Rack - 120 Tray

SHELF FRAMES
Shelf frames are constructed of 1-½ x 1-Ύround corner tube (.070 wall) extruded aluminum.
Heavy duty tray guides (.090 thick) are placed at 1-½ and 2-Ύ spacing. (Actual clearance 1-½ spacing = 1.4 2-Ύ spacing = 2.65)
Each shelf is equipped with drainage well.
Heavy duty center supports ½ x 1 tube help maintain rack stability and durability.
UPRIGHTS
1-½ x .070 wall aluminum tube.
CASTERS:
The bottom shelf has 3/8 x 4 x 4 pre-tapped caster plates welded in place to accept the 6 x 2 non-marking all swivel platform type casters.
The rear caster plates are shimmed to help water draintowards the trough.
