The mobile dual-purpose, heater/proofer cabinet is ideal for a number of needs because of the wide range of temperatures they can provide. They can be used for storing and trasporting food at temperature or to proof your bakery products.
strong Construction
The top is double wall aluminum alloy construction with channels welded between front corner posts for added support and rigidity. Unit has a vinyl bumper in an aluminum frame attached.
Glass Dorr
Door has 3/16" thick clear Plexiglas panel in an extruded aluminum frame with a removable vinyl gasket. Full opening design with an interior mounted thermometer and two magnetic door catches.
Pan Slides
Are integral to the "Lock Tite" side panels with 1-1/2 inch spacing. The side panels interlock and are riveted to the frame.
