Specifications:
CONSTRUCTION:
• Constructed of Heavy Duty extruded Type 6063 primary aluminum, unit is all welded.
• Sidewalls and backwall is 1/8” thick aluminum.
• Base is .125 aluminum formed with four lips down and welded.
• Top construction is an aluminum double pan design formed with four lips down and welded.
RUNNERS:
• All runners are fully welded to the uprights.
• Extruded runners are 11⁄4” x 31⁄4” x .090.
CASTERS:
• Unit comes standard with a 5” x 1 1⁄2” plate caster bolted to the base.
DOOR:
• Constructed of 1/8” thick aluminum panel with a full 270-degree opening.
• Door held closed with a stainless steel gravity latch.
HINGES:
• Three (3) double knuckle S/S hinges are bolted to the door (NSF approved).
