Recommended heating temperature: 180 degrees. Yields 40 to 50 apples per can.
Ingredients: Corn syrup, sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut, cottonseed) water, nonfat milk, butter, salt, natural and artificial flavor, mono & diglycerides, potassium sorbate (preservative), lecithin, and Xanthan gum.
This brand is not as sweet as the Moms Dip (item #4124) but its meant to hold better, 2-3 days shelf life once applied to the apples. Per manufacturer - one case will cover approx. 350 two inch apples. Individual quantities NOT available - only sold per case.
