The Baxter water meter offers highly precise control of water temperature within ±1°F and volume within a tolerance of ±1%. This ensures the Baxter water meter will deliver a specific amount of water at a specific temperature to help achieve exactly the dough consistency you want.

Features:
• Convenient & Labor Saving - Microcomputer controlled, the water meter will deliver a specific amount of water at a specific temperature once the water temperature is reached.
• Digital Control Panel - Large digital displays show actual and set temperatures. Light indicates when meter is adjusting temperature due to a new setting or reacting to fluctuations in line temperature or pressure.
• Start/Resume - Delivery can be interrupted, the amount set changed (above the quantity already dispensed) and delivery resumed.
• Temperature Probe - Senses flour, dough or room temperature.
• Power Failure Safe Memory - Water meter remembers last setting during black-out or accidental disconnection from power.
• Input Supply Lines - Contain cross-flow prevents, pressure regulators, gauges and strainers. A disconnect joint is provided at the meter.
• Stainless Steel - Stainless steel casing provides protection for precision components.
