Imperial MSQ-60 wood burning Mequite broiler is a large 60 inch broiler with 2 burners that will cook a variety of foods to perfection. Imperial has revamped the look of the MSQ Mesquite broilers to have stainless steel front and sides that help keep your unit looking clean. For the users convenience Imperial added a large chute on the front of the broiler that makes it easy to load/move wood and charcoal. Imperial designed the MSQ-60 to have a built-in gas log lighter eliminates the need for messy lighter fluids or electric starters and can be used during “peak” periods. The unique open grate bottom allows a continuous updraft of air for optimal fuel combustion saving wood and charcoal costs. Imperial Mesquite wood broilers enhances the flavor of meat, fish and poultry with the unique flavor of mesquite when meat is cooked in this unit.
