However rental stores may wish to substitute the non-metallic pan at no additional cost. These "permanent" floss heads are extremely dependable, which means no more ribbons! It also has a tubular heating element for self-cleaning. This ships in 2 boxes one weighing 30 lbs, and the pan weighing 11 lbs, with a dimensional weight of 30 lbs. Total Watts 1700.
