Master Trak® Overhead Track High-Density Storage System
• Patented QuadTruss® design (patent #5,390,803) makes shelves* up to 25% stronger and provides a retaining ledge for increased storage stability and product retention.
• Unique roller assembly (patent #5,680,942) eliminates binding which can occur in other track systems and allows longer track length without a stationary intermediate unit.
• Intershelf-locking device has fully-welded construction.
• Special mobile unit caster guide (patent #5,680,942) makes assembly faster and easier.
• Maximum storage in a minimum of space.
• Quick and easy assembly.
• Requires only single-aisle access.
• Provides for easier cleaning with safe access to all units.
• Wide selection of shelving* sizes and finishes, including EAGLEbrite® zinc, chrome, Valu-Master® gray epoxy, and EAGLEgard® (now with MICROGARD™ **)green epoxy.
Safety Notes:
• End-stationary units and mid-stationary units must have a minimum of four shelves. Mobile units should have top shelf positioned as close to track as possible.
• The width of the end-stationary units and mid-stationary units should be the same or bigger than the width of the mobile units.
• Standard Master Trak® systems require 74? (1880mm) posts on the end-stationary and mid-stationary units. Shelves sold separately.
• 900 lbs. (408 kg) total is the max weight capacity for mobile units.
• Recommended aisle widths are 30?-36? (762-914mm). However, larger items stored within the system may require an aisle width over 36? (914mm).
