Imperial Range IMGA-2428 24 inch griddle was made to be placed on a heat resistant countertop and has adjustable temperature which allows for more variation of the foods you can cook. Imperial Range uses (1) 30,000 BTU U shaped burner every 12 inches of cooking surface to ensure that the griddle heats up faster. Aeration baffles were placed between burners to help spread the heat across the griddle for more even heating. 4in tapered stainless steel splash guards helps keep your kitchen clean from grease splashes. Imperial thought of everything when they were putting this countertop griddle together, now a 1 gallon grease catcher can is included. Since the IMGA-2428 griddle is made out of stainless steel it will look great in any kitchen and will match most Imperial cooking equipment.
