Imperial Griddle Hotplate 2 Open Burners 36in Griddle

Imperial Range IMGA-3628-OB-2 griddle hotplate has (2) 28,000 BTU open burners and a 36in x 24in griddle surface and has adjustable temperature which allows for more variation of the foods you can cook. Imperial Range uses (1) 30,000 BTU U shaped burner every 12 inches of cooking surface to ensure that the griddle heats up faster. Imperials IMGA-3628-OB-2 burners have lift off burner heads to make cleaning a breeze. Aeration baffles were placed between burners to help spread the heat across the griddle for more even heating. Imperial thought of everything when they were putting this countertop griddle together, now a 1 gallon grease catcher can is included. Since the IMGA-3628-OB-2 griddle is made out of stainless steel it will look great in any kitchen and will match most Imperial cooking equipment.
