Imperial Tempura Wok Range Gas 16in Opening

Imperial ISP-18-W Tempura wok range can hold woks that are up to 18 inches in diameter because of the 16 inch wok opening. Imperial built this wok range with a 3 ring burner that has 2 adjustable gas valves to provide 90,000 BTU's of power to ensure high cooking performance every time this unit is used. To provide instant ignition Imperial equipped the burners with 2 continuous pilots. Imperial made the ISP wok ranges to have a roll front and slight sloping design to make loading the wok range easier and help reduce spill overs. There is a convenient stainless steel storage area inside of the cabinet base that can store any object that is not affected by heat. Not only is the ISP-18-W wok range easy to use it is also easy to clean because Imperial make the wok holder and drip pan removable.
