Imperial ISP-J-W-16 Mandarin wok range has a slanted wok holder with a 16in wok opening. This wok range unit can hold woks that are 17 inches in diameter. Imperial designed this wok range with a non-clogging 18 tip jet burner that gives off an intense cone shaped heating zone. There is a convenient stainless steel storage area inside of the cabinet base that can store any object that is not affected by heat. Imperial used 12 gauge steel to make the top of the wok range which ensures a long lifespan of the ISP-J-W-16 unit. Clean up is simple with the full width, removable drip pan.
