Turbo Air MST-28 M3 series sandwich and salad unit can hold up to 7 cubic feet of food. Turbo Air uses a cold air compartment that maintains temperature evenly for each pan which ensures that food stays fresher longer. The Turbo Air M3 model has a stainless steel interior and exterior, except for back and inside wall, that is easy to clean and sanitize. The M3 prep table features one piece construction magnetic door gaskets that can me removed without tools, which also helps with cleaning. The entire cabinet structure and doors are formed in place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation. Turbo Air designed the MST-28 M3 prep table to have ergonomically designed doors that have easy grip handles that helps to reduce fatigue.
