The Redco® Lettuce King saves prep time and stream lines handling for high volume chopping of half bell peppers, 3" onion halves, cucumbers, 1/4 head of lettuce etc. When using the Redco® Lettuce King, vegetables can be sliced for salads, sandwiches and Mexican Foods.
- Shreds lettuce in 3" strips for sandwiches, salads and Mexican foods.
- Does not bruise lettuce.
- Cuts 1/4 head at a time.
- No slip rubber feet.
- 3/8" Cut
