Features an electronic steam injection system and an innovative, reversing fan that circulates air for impressively even baking and cooking. No need to ever turn the pan. Also excels at cooking or baking delicate foods, from the flakiest croissants to the most fragile souffles. Includes dual gas ovens that accommodate twenty 18" x 26" pans, digital temperature controller and timer, and oversized, 3/4” thick, easy-to-clean, tempered glass doors. Each Doyon Jet Air oven is signed on the inside by the craftsman who built it. Measures 73"h x 53-1/2"w x 54-3/4"l. Requires 4-week lead time.
